BOOTCAMP

This is the NOVA FITNESS BOOTCAMP! We’ll guide you throughout your 4 weeks with an exercise program, customized meal plans, one on one sessions with a personal trainer, and accountability check-ins throughout the entire process. The focus for this month is to help clients set, reach, and maintain their goals. We help complete beginners, former and current athletes, those wanting to lose weight and/or gain muscle, plus everyone in between. We start by meeting you where you are currently at and coming up with a plan to move forward and help you with whatever your goals may be.

GROUP TRAINING

HITT CLASSES

HIIT, functional fitness, group classes are the main focus at NOVA Fitness. We are happy to train anyone who has a smile and is willing to work hard. We can scale any workout, whether you are a Capt Marvel-esque type or have a relaxed desk job. We specialize in functional movements that work your entire body, and we love to do them at high intensity. It won’t be 30 minutes on the elliptical or using shiny machines that artificially reduce moving your body to single joints. What you will do is run, row, jump, climb, throw and catch things, and perform fast and slow lifts, among much more. We develop all 10 aspects of fitness (cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy) and we do so in small, fun, group-based classes. So, expect no TVs, no mirrors, and no magazines. Leave your ego at home and come ready to sweat.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES

Designed to be a 3x per week, full body workout. The class will consist primarily of compound, multi joint movements with a focus on strength. The emphasis will rotate between different fitness components: strength, hypertrophy (building muscle), mobility, conditioning, etc. Every class will address each of these areas through the course of the workout.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our focus is to help clients keep the exercise part of their life simple and effective. There are no mandatory exercises or workouts. We will start by meeting you where you are currently at and coming up with a plan to move forward and help you with whatever your goals may be.
We focus on building strength first using the basic movement patterns (squatting, bending over, pushing, pulling, twisting, and single leg movements) and will add in conditioning, mobility, or hypertrophy work as needed.

OPEN GYM

EXCLUSIVELY FOR MEMBERS ONLY
WHEN: SATURDAYS 11am-1pm
Come in and work on whatever you want to (olympic lifts, bodybuilding, conditioning, mobility, etc…) with at least one coach there to help guide and watch you.
