Nova Fitness is a private gym located in Springfield, VA. We offer HITT classes, strength and conditioning classes, and personal training. Our goals are your goals. We help an array of clients. From athletes needing to maintain or improve conditioning, to beginner gym goers wanting to build muscle. We are an inclusive gym with the main pillars of Strength, Community and Endurance.
Is there a way for me to take a trial class before signing up?

Yes, we have free one day trials. You can sign up and pick your date and time here,

If I have an injury, am taking medication or am pregnant, can I still work out?
If you have a short term circumstance that you are seeing a doctor for, you’ll want to confirm with your doctor that it’s safe to begin a group class or personal training program. Once your doctor gives the thumbs up, your program can be designed to accommodate your needs. *In most cases, our personal trainers can even work directly with your doctor or physical therapist to ensure your program is safe and effective*.
Can I come in and use the gym if I am not scheduled for a group class or personal training session?
We have open gym hours which are for all members. These will be posted on the schedule which you can see through your wodify app or on the website.
Are there any discounts?
Yes! Community is a pillar at NOVA Fitness. We give a 20% discount for active duty military, First Responders ( EMT’s, Firefighters, Law enforcement), and ER nurses.

What is the cost of personal training? What package is best for me?

Customized personal training with a professional trainer in a private setting is an investment which varies in cost by studio, frequency of sessions and overall commitment to goals. We like to be transparent about our pricing and have a “Pricing” tab at the top of our webpage. If you have questions about what is the best fit for you please reach out to
To support your success, we recommend that you work with us to set a recurring schedule of consistent days and times of training. This way you don’t have to schedule each individual session – consistency will help you develop the habit. If you have an erratic schedule, a conflict with a scheduled session, or if you wish to change your recurring schedule, just contact your studio with ample notice to discuss your options.

Can I share my personal training sessions?
A package of one-on-one sessions may be shared with a family or friend. This must be established and set up at the time of purchase. A “NOVA FITNESS BOOTCAMP” package of personal training sessions may not be shared. Please reach out to your local studio for more information.
