AIR Squats

*this Air squats have a trick, you have to:

-exhale(out) all your air befero coming down on the squat.

-hold on the way down(as low as you can).

-take a full breathe at the bottom and go back up.

repeat.
The idea behind this is to “find” your deepest position in a squat.

For example: If your butt is touching the ground is good, but if you cant take a full breathe in that position maybe that’s not the best position for you.

remember that your breathe is a great assessment tool to see if a position is save or not.
