30 Steps one hand farmers carry*

10 One hand Hang Snatch

30 Mountain climbers

*if you don’t want/can’t to walk you can just lift your knee hip height.
Alternate hands each round. At the end you will have done 5 rounds on each side for the farmers carry and snatches and 10 rounds for the mountain climbers.
