WOD: Conga Line Bench Press, 5 Reps

Male Weights: 95, 115, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 225lbs

Female Weights: 55, 65, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115 lbs

*rest 5 min then,

6 min max push ups
Set up a mens and womens bar and work through the weights one athlete at a time. Keep a steady pace, but no time limit on the bench presses. Once you fail 5 minutes of push ups.
